Thomas D. Vaitys practices regularly in the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western District of Wisconsin, Northern District of Illinois and State Courts of Wisconsin and Illinois. He is an active member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates. He regularly litigates cases on behalf of consumers. These cases include:

Attorney Vaitys graduated from the Illinois Institute of Technology's Kent College of Law in Chicago in 2002. He received CALI academic awards for Trial Advocacy and Advanced Research and Writing. He is licensed in Illinois (2002) and Wisconsin (2004) and is an active member of the Illinois and Wisconsin Bar Associations.
Attorney Vaitys served with distinction for three years with the United States Army's prestigious Third Infantry, also known as The Old Guard, and the ceremonial escort to the President of the United States. While on active duty Attorney Vaitys was a communications specialist who coordinated technical support for a variety of international and national ceremonies in and around the Nation's capital including at: the White House, the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, and the Pentagon.
Before and during Operation Desert Storm, Attorney Vaitys helped train and trained with combat arms units such as the infantry, artillery, and armor at the National Training Center located in Fort Irwin, California.
After an honorable discharge, Attorney Vaitys attended the University of Illinois at Chicago where he majored in History and minored in Lithuanian Studies.
